How do I join?

How do I earn Rewards?

When can I spend my Rewards?

You'll be able to spend your Rewards in the following season once you've made a purchase on your account in that new season. For example, if you earn Rewards during the Spring/Summer season, you can spend the Rewards you've earned as soon as you have placed an order during the following Autumn/Winter season.

What payments do not qualify for Rewards?

Rewards will only be earned on full price purchases. Accordingly, Rewards will not be earned on items purchased at a reduced price including orders submitted with a discount and “buy one get one free” and “3 for 2” type offers. Rewards will not be earned on any financial services products arranged by Shop Direct Finance Company Limited e.g. insurance and extended service plans, or on delivery charges, administration charges, payments made through a Shopping Insurance claim or on payments made using Rewards themselves. Rewards will not be earned on any purchases made on Buy Now Pay Later credit terms.

How do I move up from Silver to Gold?

Once you've shopped with us for 2 consecutive seasons you'll automatically move up to Gold Rewards and earn 7.5% on your credit account payments.

How do I move up from Gold to Platinum?

Once in Gold, shop again for 2 more consecutive seasons and you'll automatically move up from Gold Rewards to Platinum Rewards and you'll earn 10% on your credit account payments.

The seasons are Spring/Summer (1st January to 30th June) and Autumn/Winter (1st July to 31st December).

Is there a limit to when I can use my Rewards?

Rewards are valid for one year from the date they are earned. Any Rewards you have earned will lapse if you do not shop for a full season e.g. a Spring/Summer or Autumn/Winter

Rewards rules

The Rewards scheme is now closed to new customers.

The Rewards level that customers can earn is determined by their period of continuous trading. Customers who shop in two consecutive seasons will be promoted to the next higher Rewards level, where applicable. Customers at Platinum and Gold level who fail to shop during a season will be moved to the Silver Rewards level and customers at the Silver Rewards level who fail to shop during a season will be relegated out of the Rewards scheme with no right of re-entry. The seasons are Spring/Summer, which runs 1st January to 30th June and Autumn/Winter, which runs 1st July to 31st December.

Rewards will be earned on individual payments of at least £30 that customers make to their credit account. Payments made when an account is in arrears or in debt recovery will not earn Rewards. Rewards will only be earned on full price purchases. Accordingly, Rewards will not be earned on items purchased at a reduced price including orders submitted with a discount and "buy one get one free" and "3 for 2" type offers.

Rewards will not be earned on any financial services products e.g. insurance and extended service plans, or on delivery charges, administration charges, payments made through a Shopping Insurance claim or on payments made using Rewards themselves. Rewards will not be earned on any purchases made on Buy Now Pay Later credit terms.

For the purposes of the Scheme, account payments will first be applied to products on the account that are excluded from earning Rewards. When payments equivalent to the value of all excluded products have been made, further payment will be applied to qualifying goods and any such payment of £30 or more will earn Rewards.

Rewards earned from an account payment will lapse if they are not redeemed within one year of the date of that account payment. Additionally, if a customer does not shop for one whole season then any Rewards earned will lapse.

Rewards are earned with Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited, which reserves the right, at any time, to: (1) vary or withdraw the Rewards Scheme and (2) exclude individual customers or groups of customers from the scheme, subject to giving reasonable notice in each case.
In the event of a customer going into arrears on their credit account (which is held with Shop Direct Finance Company Limited) Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited reserves the right to use any Rewards earned by that customer to offset the outstanding balance on their credit account.

The Rewards levels are Silver where customers can earn 5%, Gold where customers can earn 7.5% and Platinum where customers can earn 10%. Rewards can be used to spend against future purchases.
If Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited does not enforce any of these rules at any stage, this does not constitute a waiver of those rules.
Further rules may apply to a specific Rewards level(s) and any such rules may be communicated separately to the customers in that Rewards level(s).
