a new purchase or extend the current warranty* on something, a Service Guarantee means you could get a repair or replacement fast.
To protect a TV you’ve already bought from us,
follow the 3 steps below:*
Click on My Account.
Log in using your customer number.
At the foot of the page you’ll see a message about protecting your purchase with
a Service Guarantee. Click the ‘find out more’ link to take
you to the Service Guarantee page. It will show the last 3 items you’ve bought that are eligible for cover.

*Applicable to items purchased on average 1 - 2 years ago (depending on the length of the manufacturer’s guarantee)

If you’re planning to buy a new TV first, no problem. Just keep shopping
and when you put the item in your basket, we’ll ask you if you’d like this warranty. We’ll ask you again at the checkout,
