Item not as described, do not purchase. It clearly states "Video and audio all-in-one cable" and "superior audio via the Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound output" Of which there is none. This is a stand alone xBox HDMI cable and will not work with surround sound and home theatre systems. Fairly disappointed as the description is just copy and pasted from the wrong product at another source.

Read the description correctly, it is a hdmi cable with video and audio ALL IN ONE! it says nothing about seperate cables nor would you ever need an audio cable with an hdmi lead, as for most if not all hdmi cables carry both the video and the sound to your display unit. Hope this helps, you wont need anything additional unless your using a wired turtle beach headset then you will need an additional av adapter for your xbox to use the output audio ports. This is not the case however for the wireless x41 nothing additional is required. Enjoy :D.
