me and my 9year old son do the workouts, its great fun and your body aches the next day so i guess its working.

This game is excellent! I love the variety of workouts.
Its great for someone wanting to get fit, starting off slow. There are some very tough programmes too which is fab as some games feel like you are not feeling any benefits.
The graphics are simple - but this doesnt matter as its just fitness focused.
Would absolutely recommend!
