This hands-on session is for two people, led by Graham, a certified Wim Hof instructor. Graham is a Personal Trainer who has practised the method for 7 years and instructed for 4, guiding thousands through ice baths and hundreds of breathwork sessions.

In this 4-hour experience, you'll explore the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method, learn the science and health benefits, and take part in a deep breathwork session. Finally, experience cold exposure firsthand with a plunge into an ice bath-an unforgettable way to feel invigorated and alive.
