How to Measure to Get the Right-Sized Blinds

Before you pick your blinds, make sure you measure your windows accurately. If you have a recess you want them to fit into, take note of the width and height inside it. Subtract about 1cm from the length so the bottom of the shade will sit nicely on top of the sill. For roller blinds, take approximately 1cm away from the width to make sure they dont get caught in the side of the frame when youre pulling them up or down. Note each measurement in three different places to check for any variation.
