What do I need to complete the form?

Can you process my notification without a Death Certificate?

A death certificate is not required to complete a notification; however, companies may not complete the action without one. If you don’t have the death certificate at the time you complete the form, you can easily add it in the future, once it becomes available.

Can I add additional information after my initial entry?

Yes, you can edit, update, and add to the information you provide at any time.

How will you use my data?

Why does my notification appear as pending?

Once you have submitted the notification, it will display as pending until we have processed the information, shared it with the company entered, and they have confirmed your request was fulfilled. Occasionally, companies complete your request and fail to notify us of the completion. If the notification remains in the pending status, please follow up directly with the company for more details.

How long will the process take?

The notification to the Company will be completed within 3 days of entry. Each company's internal process and timeline to fulfil your request may vary; however, you can monitor the status of the notification in our portal at any time. If a notification remains in the pending status, please follow up directly with the company for more details.

Can you guarantee my notification will be processed?

We will ensure that the notification is sent to the specified company using the information you provided; however, we cannot guarantee that each company will fulfil your request. You can monitor the progress of each notification on our portal and track updates through email communications.

Will I be charged to use NotifyNOW?

No, there is no charge for you to notify companies using NotifyNOW.
