Snap the new Joy-Con 2 controllers into place with magnetic connectors. Each controller can even be used as a mouse in compatible games.
*TV and game must be compatible with 4K resolution. Frame rate is fixed to a maximum of 60 fps for 4K output.

Use the included dock to connect the Nintendo Switch 2 system to your TV and unleash up to 4K resolution* for even greater detail. *4K resolution and HDR are available in supported games, and require a compatible display. Frame rate is fixed to a maximum of 60 fps for 4K output.

Joy-Con 2 controllers connect... In a snap
Meet the new Joy-Con 2 controllers, designed to attach and detach with ease. Strong magnets keep the controllers firmly attached to the console. Simply press the release button on the back to disengage the magnetic lock.
Voice chat as you play
Your friends and family are never far away with GameChat. Once GameChat is set up, simply press the C Button on the right Joy-Con 2 controller to start an online chat whenever you like.
Nintendo Switch 2 has a built-in microphone that can pick up your voice even when sitting far away. It can also filter out the sounds of your surroundings, letting your voice come through loud and clear.
3 different play modes
Nintendo Switch 2 can transform to suit your game style. Just like previous Nintendo Switch consoles, you can enjoy your games anytime, anywhere in TV mode, tabletop mode, or handheld mode.
Plays Nintendo Switch 2 games, as well as compatible Nintendo Switch games.
In addition to Nintendo Switch 2 games, Nintendo Switch 2 can play compatible physical and digital games that have been released on Nintendo Switch. Some Nintendo Switch games may not be supported on or fully compatible with Nintendo Switch 2.
Nintendo Switch Online members can continue to use the service on Nintendo Switch 2.
