Once your order is placed, we'll email you a link to complete your personalisation. Upload your photo and see a live preview to ensure everything looks perfect. When you're happy, simply click Submit.

Important: Once submitted, your order goes straight into production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Your personalised ornament will be made and dispatched within three working days of receiving your personalisation.

If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

The memorial sign measures 19cm H x 13.5cm W x 0.3cm D. The ground stick and solar panel base measure 34cm H x 14cm W x 9cm D.

The light can be placed in the ground or mounted to a wall, with screws included. No batteries or wiring are required - simply place the solar panel in a sunny location.
