Important: Once submitted, your order goes straight into production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Your personalised ornament will be made and dispatched within three working days of receiving your personalisation.
If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
