Featuring SmartStart technology, the red tick sensor in the non-stick coating activates at 150C, changing from light to dark red once the optimum temperature has been reached, taking the guesswork out of cooking. The wok is lightweight and ultra-tough with expertly crafted 2.5mm thick aluminium. Great heat conductivity properties ensure quick heat-up time with easy manoeuvrability. Innovative Aeroglide non-stick coating consists of a base layer and durable abrasion layers. The 3-layer coating is 3x stronger than standard non-stick coatings. Aeroglide coating provides superior food release, is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe. The wok is oven safe up to 170C for 40 minutes, allowing for versatility & expansion of recipe ideas.
