Offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to stand at the top of the Main Stand, enjoy a bird's eye view and look out over the city before embarking on an exhilarating 100ft abseil down the side of the stadium. As you descend down into Paisley Square and 97 Avenue, stop midway next to the famous LFC crest. Expert instructors are on hand throughout to offer any assistance and guidance.

Once you're back on firm ground, continue your adventure with a visit to the Liverpool FC Museum, home to Liverpool Football Club silverware and memorabilia.

You must:

• Be over 10 years of age (parental consent required if under 18).
• Ratio - 1 Adult to every 2 youths (10-17 years old)
• Be over 1.2 metres in height.
• Be less than 19 stone (120kg) in weight.
• Be able to wear a harness which has a maximum waist width of 130 cm and a maximum upper thigh width of 75cm.
• This experience is available on selected days of the week.
